Hi guys,
It’s officially December! I’m currently watching the sunset from a bar in San Diego. I don’t know if anyone else is like this but during the winter I want to be by a beach. (Ocean Beach in San Diego)
You know me not waiting for the weekend to have a good time but incase you’re looking for things to do this weekend, I rounded up the best Holiday events!

Every week I give out a foodie rec of the week. This week Long Beach is hosting an International Tamale Festival, with tamales from everywhere, live music and more! I’ve been eyeing it, so I would also check out their instagram because I see they’re giving away some tickets!
If you’re looking to give back this Holiday season, here’s a resource helping Immigrant families:
Also, I went ahead and did an itinerary for Latin America if you are planning your travels there

Friday December 5 🌟
Friday, December 5th, I Love Micheladas is hosting their last event of the year, and it’s hosted by Deorro. There’ll be bandas, live DJs, and that big end-of-year energy.
Also Friday, Calle 8 Latino District is hosting Pesos Sobre Mesa in Downtown LA. This one’s a Latino party rooted in Miami-style energy , dancing, music, and that classic Calle 8
RAD Events, who throws parties for niche Gen Z Latinx subcultures, are doing a Clairo slash bedroom-pop Christmas party in Silverlake. They’ll have photo ops, Christmas postcard and ornament decorating, and a canned food drive. It’s very cozy, very internet-coded, and the perfect mix of festive and Gen Z Latinx.
Latina Pilates!
Saturday December 6⭐️
Saturday, December 6th, Pot Studio LA is hosting a two-day holiday market. It’s all ages and family-friendly, with small vendors and holiday activities.
Sadderday Flea is also happening with vintage vendors, lowriders, and vinyl DJs playing oldies, funk, and more. It’s super nostalgic and feels like classic LA weekend culture.
And Lucha Para Ser Libre is hosting a free community event celebrating culture and raising funds for immigrant defense. They’ll have live sets and free food for the first 100 guests.
