Film & Friends is a group art exhibition with over 250 talented photographers, 20 vendors, and a love of photography. This art show in DTLA is an 18+ event hosted by Film Dot org, which aims to bring shows and experiences for the community, by the community. 🔗
On Friday, Sounds of LA County will be taking over various parks this summer. If you don’t know it, it’s a free summer concert series celebrating LA indie music. On Friday, they’ll be taking over Eugene A. Obregon Park in East LA County, with performances by the Sueño Band, Moco de Oro, and hosted by creative collective La Artiseada. 🔗
Peruvian composer Ciro Hurtado and friends are teaming up with Grand Performances for a free outdoor concert in DTLA. They’re calling on the public and musicians to come together during awards season and take part in an evening of live music. 🔗

Fuerza de Liberación is an opening group art exhibition that explores spiritual and social liberation through diverse artistic perspectives and mediums. The work reflects themes of healing, resistance, and transformation, describing liberation as both an inner journey and a shared human struggle. 🔗
A free Afro-Latino Culture Fest is taking over La Plaza de Cultura y Artes, celebrating Afro-Latino culture, music, dance, food, and community. This is a free event with live performances, DJs, and cultural showcases for the diaspora to come together. You can expect an Afro-Latina opera performance, an Afro-Panamanian Congo performance, and even an Afro-Cuban performance and dance lesson, and more. 🔗
Afro-Latino Culture Fest afterparty at LOST in DTLA 🔗
The biggest free reggaeton festival is happening this Saturday in Pershing Square. You can expect performances by De La Ghetto, Ken-Y, Angel y Khriz, and more. 🔗
