New gallery space in downtown that serves as a retail store will have an art show with artists Isaac Pelayo. Showcasing established artists and emerging artists from LA and NY. Most of these artist have never shown their work before even as compelling as their work is. The body of work is a mix of street culture, music culture, fashion culture, and religious iconography. Experimenting with a wide range of human condition! Go check it out!

If you’re looking to dance and also help our community who’s been impacted by the recent ICE raids - Heat up the Dance floor hosted by desscotheque will be throwing a party and proceeds will go to Boyle heights community space
Flicks and sips is back with an immersive photography experience. This experience is said to feel the photos and savor & stay
I Love Micheladas is teaming up with Bella Doña for First Fridays and the theme is all about love, self love, and Valentine’s Day
Saturday Feb 7
Saturday we’re starting to see an uptick in Bad bunny events. Mitu is partnering with Nativo Bar in Highland Park to host Bunny Bowl. There will be a music drinks and a Bad Bunny Look alike contest. This is a free event and will be also be raising fund to support local street vendors
Salsaton is a salsa experience hosted by Sala and La vida salsa, a social club curating salsa events and socials in L.A. right now.
There’s a contemporary lucha experience hosted by Music Fight Network. There will be a wrestling ring with vendors and DJs!

Sunday Feb 8
Capicua and Casa de Lola are hosting a watch party and an after party. They’re a Dominican and Puerto Rican collective so you can expect a a celebration that centers what it means to be Caribeño in America, to be Latin American, a representation of their culture on the biggest stage in America!
Las fotos project is hosting their bi weekly community wellness day and unofficial Benito Superbowl in collaboration with Polo’s Pantry and Hammer Musuem. There will be be a family photo both, bilingual art making, and even a clothing swap.
Latino collective, Amistad is hosting Latinos Pa’l mundo -a watch party at Candela. There will be 360 screens for the game food music and more!
Calle 8 Latino District is hosting a 21 + tailgate and watch party. There will be dominoes, beer pong, DJs and large outdoor screen for the game.
