Hope you’re ready for the holidays 🤍 This list is long lol, but I had to include everything I came across.
Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about my relationship with living in LA and how that ties into who I want to be next year. I definitely want to travel, but I also want to be more intentional with my time and how I show up where I am.
I ended up making a video all about that how I experience LA depending on the era I’m in. Hope you enjoy it and ofcourse added some gems like an event where you can stargaze and listen to music and even a R&B/hip hop yoga class!

I went to a gay Latino-owned wine shop in Silver Lake and it was everything. The second you walk in you’ll feel like you’re right at home. It’s honestly perfect for pregaming, the owner is super kind, and the vibe is super chill -you can grab a bottle, sit, and hang out.
They even have a special right now with wine bottles starting at $15, which makes it an easy girls’ night stop
The owner is from Mazatlán and wants to bring more Latino community into Silver Lake, so if you’re looking to support, grab a bottle for yourself or a friend 🍷 if you go let them know I sent you :)

Blvd Market is hosting their Holiday Posada
There will be a Santa Claus photo op and live cumbia by Combo Leche.
If you’re looking for an art show Film.org and Finito Juarez are hosting BLEND
BLEND is an experimental art show pairing 50 artists and 50 photographers together to each create one collaborative 24x36 piece
They will also be hosting an after party for the art exhibition with cumbia reggaeton and oldies
If you’re in East LA Plaza de la Raza is hosting a community celebration
There will be local vendors and hands on workshops
If you like old school reggeaton, pisos sobre mesa will at the association in DTLA

If you’re looking to run Suavecito Run Club is running in Venice with music mimosas and bagels to follow the run
Floreciendo en Movimiento is hosting a Holiday 5K run in Mid City LA
Scam and Jam popular for oldies funk and freestyle is having their Winter Wonderland party
If you’re looking for something to do with your family downtown Montebello is having a Night Market. They’ll have a skating rink Bluey and Santa Claus plus over 50 small business vendors popping up
Closing reception for Francisco Reyes aka Nevermade and an artist talk at Open Gallery. Zairo Raul from Diverse Sounds will be playing vinyl and they’ll have special edition silk screen prints
There’s also a toy giveaway happening at MacArthur Park
The child must be present and there will be snow
If you’re in the Valley there will be a holiday fashion show and marketplace highlighting independent brands and local designers
It’s Kitsch is having a holiday market with local L.A. art and vintage collectors and foo, and sweets
