It’s officially Valentines Day weekend and I’m still riding off the high of Benito Bowl. Say what you want to say, but he really did a whole Puerto Rican history lesson during his performance. 🇵🇷

Anyways, I compiled a list of things to do this weekend for Valentines Day in L.A. There are single mixers, lots of dancing, lots of markets! They really have it all this weekend in L.A.

Una noche, is a new collaborative fundraising evening where creatives are coming together to raise money for our communities. They will host una noche con creator Brenda la Latina. All proceeds from this event will go to indigenous non profit group Cielo, perfect way to dance and also donate
There’s a Valentines Day Press on Party happening on both Friday and Saturday in DTLA. Where you can create your own press on nail set while enjoying a private dj set. No experience is needed just creativity
Las fotos project and girls today women tomorrow- are hosting a galentines day event. Where you’ll be able to make mini bouquets , chocolate covered strawberries and pizza and karaoke & they will also have $50 shoots on Sunday (see profile for more info)

Suavecito Run Club is hosting Run and Walk for Love. Runners should meet at Venice Beach Boardwalk. You can expect to move together, learn from community leaders
Galentines day run hosted by Floreciendo en moviemiento in Midcity. They’ll have a post run coffee meet up and even a Photo Booth
There’s a free Valentine’s Day party with a drone show hosted at Grand Park called Love Notes. There will be live screen printing, creative stations like hands on card making, and fresh floral bouquets. The vibe is definitely going to be a picnic in the park while listening to oldies vibe. This is family event!
Hot girl market is hosting a Valentines Day themed market. You can shop the best vintage, eat some bites, and even experience a beauty bar
Refill Bodega, the valley’s zero waste shop, is partnering with Juntas Social club for their grand opening. There will be a clothing swap, prizes food and a dj s set. As well as custom bouquets
Ritmo Celestial is hosting a Valentine’s Day party in DTLA, said to be playing reggaeton de antes all night!
The Goddess Mercado that’s known for celebrating Latina entrepreneurship is hosting I love East LA festival with over 80 Latina vendors. There will be performances and even special lowriders.

Club señora is hosting Shop mi vida is celebrating their 18 year anniversary with a day party hosed by club señora. The name speaks for itself, they’ll be playing pop disco new wave and classics like Juan Gabriel!
