There are so many events happening this weekend—and like always, I tagged them all!
Quick question: What’s your go-to Mexican restaurant? I’m from the Valley, so Salsa and Beer is one of my favorite spots to take someone. I’m thinking of doing a little taco tour and seeing which ones live up to the hype 👀

My favorite taco spots in LA Angel’s Tacos! They’re Tijuana-style, which means the seasoning goes crazy. They used to be my go-to local gem, and now they’ve blown up with 5 spots across LA & the IE. (The power of not gatekeeping a spot)
FRIDAY — May 2
Northgate x De La Calle Pregame – A fun collab happening at Latino owned grocery store. Expect drinks, DJs, and that pregame energy (3-6pm) link (NOT LA, it’s in Costa Mesa, but worth mentioning!)
I Love Micheladas x Taste Salud – Mechanical bull, tacos, DJs... this one feels like a backyard party with all the right people. link (8pm-2am)
Palenque takes over Dusty Vinyl Bar starts at 8pm (DJs from Mexico City taking over): link
Sevilla in Long Beach - Think reggaeton and hip hop club: link
