Happy World Cup week! The World Cup is officially here in LA and if you’re still looking for the right spot to go- I got you. This newsletter today will be all about World Cup recs.

Anyways-here are World Cup events to check out this weekend.
** A lot of these activations are starting Thursday and run till Sunday so double check what days they’re activating after the day they start
⭐️Thursday June 11 / Friday June 12
FIFA is hosting official watch parties and a fan zone at the Coliseum all weekend — think live performances from Los Lobos and Steve Aoki, soccer activations, and a full festival atmosphere. Heads up: Thursday’s event is already sold out, but the rest of the weekend still has availability. 🔗
Ditroit taqueria is hosting the watch party in their parking lot with LED screens, music and food. This is a family friendly event & hosted by Urban Pitch. 🔗
LA Galaxy is hosting a World Cup Celebration in Long Beach. The street will be shut down for fans watching on a large 23-foot screen. All free to enter, and all ages are welcome with youth soccer clinics taking place on June 12 ( must sign up in advance). 🔗
Nativo is hosting a World Cup Watch party and will be having activations all weekend. 🔗
In Downey, creator Just an LA girl will be hosting a family friendly watch party. 🔗
Casa Mexico is having a live viewing party happening at La Plaza LA. 🔗
Plaza Mexico is hosting Golazo Fest in Lynwood celebrating Mexico's participation in the World Cup with a free watch party. 🔗
U.S. soccer house is an official World Cup headquarters for 2026 and will have activations for the Paraguay vs U.S. game. 🔗
The Getty Museum will also be screening around the museum. 🔗
BLVD market is hosting World Cup watch parties in downtown Montebello. 🔗
Midcity Mercado is hosting a Mercado Mundialito World Cup inspired market and watch party and live lucha libre. 🔗
USA vs Paraguay hosted by Rhythm and Rumba. 🔗
Superior Grocery is throwing is combining both Korean and Mexican teams with a K- Food Fiesta with K Pop performances and a watch party (Yes, the Grocery market). 🔗
Latin district will be hosting watch parties throughout DTLA. 🔗
Benny Boy brewing will also be hosting one as well. 🔗
Free kick is a Pan African soccer experience. 🔗

In West Adam’s, Project Earth and Zenith Eye Focus are hosting Let’s Kick It, a community art show celebrating the culture and creativity of fútbol. Artist have created an installation priced that will elevate your World Cup viewing experience. This event start with a run and They’re also partnering with AFJA and their cause to provide futbol equipment to youth in El Salvador. 🔗
